    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure that procurement activities are carried out according to company policies, departmental procedures/guidelines/targets, industry practice and professional standards
    • Provide expertise in the acquisition of complex contracts for major commodities, information technology products and services and other consultant/service type requirements
    • Provide guidance to various client departments regarding commercial, financial and contractual matters
    • Review the validity of requirements and support the development of procurement requirements, taking into consideration the knowledge of the professions, trades, markets and company policies and procedures; ensure goods and services are made available within schedule
    • Monitor local and worldwide markets, associated pricing, and keep up-to-date on procurement issues in order to make strategic purchasing decisions
    • Develop and maintain lists of qualified bidders for goods/services; and keep up-to-date with market conditions, advancing technology and new sources of supply, new or changed products, price trends, and relevant issues relating to procurement; manage contractor performance and negotiations
    • Prepare and issue tender/proposal documentation including all required commercial requirements; obtain formal and informal tenders/proposals for goods/services; prepare and issue spreadsheets, Commercial Analyses, Award Letters, Purchase Orders, Briefing Notes, Board Reports and related documents
    • Conduct meetings with vendors regarding vendor performance; locate and develop alternate sources of supply for goods/services; negotiate or chair negotiations to establish acceptable pricing and terms for contracts, contract changes or claims with vendors; and perform other related duties as assigned

    Qualifications Required:

    • Bachelor Degree or College Diploma in a related field along with 5+ years of applicable experience
    • Seasoned and in-depth knowledge of purchasing, sales, contract administration principles, the procurement process and related tender/proposal evaluation and award activities
    • Considerable knowledge of contract and tendering law; techniques for negotiating and expediting goods/services contracts as well as knowledge of and ability to prepare commercial contract documents
    • Knowledge of supply sources, current prices for goods/services and related market trends
    • General knowledge of commodities and futures markets and applicable customs charges and sales taxes
    • Must have well-developed organizational, administrative, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, and presentation skills
    • Must have a valid driving license and a personal vehicle for use in visits to vendors and other local sites (GTA)
    • Accreditation as a Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) would be an asset
  • Inventory Management, Project Coordinator

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for managing the inventory levels required to maintain the overall maintenance of the operation
    • Work to pre-set objective days of supply and level of service targets as outlined by the department goals and objectives
    • Forecast future needs and plan inventory levels by establishing appropriate ordering levels on a part by part, site by site basis
    • Utilize Inventory Management tools/reports and statistical calculations to meet the business needs for both Inventory Management and the User Community
    • Monitor inventory performance targets (i.e. Days of Supply) and taking action on: backorders, inventory levels, expediting, obsolescence and inventory projects
    • Access, run and review inventory reports to determine validity of requirements and provide advice, recommendations and assistance to the team regarding same, and resolve problems as required
    • Coordinate with User Community, Buyers and Expeditors to ensure proper flow of inventory from date of order to receipt into warehouse for inventory availability to meet service objectives
    • Identify and analyze obsolete and slow moving inventory, and follow up with users to determine requirements and establish appropriate control procedures

    Qualifications Required:

    • Bachelor Degree or College Diploma in a related field along with minimum 2 years of applicable experience
    • Sound knowledge of business administration, materials and supply chain management principles, methods and practices
    • Good knowledge of practices and procedures relating to planning and controlling inventory within the materials and procurement field
    • Proficiency in the use of a personal computer and software applications/systems relevant to the work (i.e. spreadsheets, word processing, Outlook, materials management systems, etc.)
    • Must possess well-developed analytical and problem solving skills as well as strong interpersonal and effective organizational, communication and report writing skills
    • Currently enrolled-in or have successfully completed the APICS / CPIM accreditation is preferred

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and administer the procurement process for pre-qualification of bidders and development of bidder lists for major acquisitions
    • Prepare and process Request for Information and sole source justification, develop commercial conditions/documentation for bids/proposals and contracts including special commercial conditions
    • Liaise and provide guidance to users and staff from own and other departments to co-ordinate procurement efforts and maintain schedule requirements; develop appropriate commercial conditions/documentation for bids/proposals and contracts
    • Coordinate and chair negotiations for sole source and other negotiated contracts

    Qualifications Required:

    • University Degree or College Diploma, or the equivalent, combined with several years of related experience in the procurement of complex technical requirements
    • Quantity Surveying experience is required
    • Thorough knowledge of procurement and contracting principles and practical experience of procurement processes, methods, practices and contract administration as well as accounting and scheduling principles
    • Must possess effective interpersonal, organizational, multi-tasking, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to co-ordinate efforts of others to accomplish objectives
    • Accreditation as a Certified Construction Contract Administrator, Certified Professional Purchaser or Certified Public Purchasing Officer or Supply Chain Management Professional is preferred

    Responsibilities:

    • Create test scenarios and test cases from business and functional requirements in TFS (Team Foundation Server)
    • Perform test case reviews and walkthroughs in order to reduce gaps
    • Participate in planning and status meetings
    • Work closely with developers to understand the technical requirements and design
    • Assist in mitigating the financial risks to the company by following QA best practices
    • Implement any new testing procedures to maximize operational efficiency
    • Implement automation testing cycles using Selenium or QTP
    • Develop and execute SQL queries for data validation
    • Report defects using established reporting project management tools
    • Participate in defect review meetings
    • Provide input throughout the development lifecycle to prevent defects
    • Coordinate with team members, developers and Test Managers and manage test execution activities, test scheduling, test case execution, defect logging and tracking and validation of testing results
    • Identify and escalate critical issues and risks to Project Manager and Test Lead
    • Report progress of all testing activities to Test Lead and Project Manager
    • Performs data analysis to support tasks as required
    • Travel as required to support suppliers

    Qualifications Required:

    • Bachelor degree is required with a minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Software Tester
    • Must have managed/coordinated testing activities experience
    • Experience writing complex SQL queries in SQL Server
    • Experience working with automation tools testing frameworks (Selenium, QTP and Microsoft Test Manager)
    • Experience with a testing tool preferably TFS and MTM
    • Ability to work within the entire QA lifecycle through application of SDLC, STLC and Agile principles
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience in using JIRA for defect tracking
    • Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects/work streams and meet tight deadlines
    • Ability to work independently with strong planning, analytical and problem solving skills
    • Strong organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
    • Experience planning/executing interface and integration testing
    • Solid understanding of QA testing environments and data planning
    • Thorough understanding of software development lifecycles
    • Experience working closely with vendors, stakeholders (Marketing and Product Teams), technical and non-technical resources
    • Functional/Non-Functional and Regression Testing experience
    • Test Management and Defect Tracking tool experience on HP ALM or others is mandatory
    • Experience testing lottery applications and web services is an asset
    • Experience using SoapUI (for Web Services testing) is an asset

    Qualifications Required:

    • Bachelor Degree in IT, Engineering, or related technical field or applicable hands on experience
    • Must have Oracle Unifier implementation experience
    • Operating as an Oracle Unifier Administrator considered a strong asset
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred
    • Knowledge of Project Controls (cost control, planning / scheduling, contract administration and risk management); experience working on large Engineering and Construction projects is an asset
    • Must have experience in Oracle Primavera project management systems including Unifier
    • Expertise in requirements definition and functional design, including reporting tools and methods

    Responsibilities:

    • Participates in development of project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
    • Prepares Master project schedules by defining activities, dependencies and interfaces with support from Project Management Team and various engineering team leaders
    • Interacts with the Contractors’ personnel to review and analyze contract schedules
    • Performs schedule/cost analysis, highlights critical paths/risk areas, assesses cost performance during progress updates and communicates issues to the Project Management in order to minimize schedule impacts
    • Updates project schedules with input from teams, consultants and contractors
    • Interface with owners to discuss impact of work and resolution of problems
    • Reviews scope changes and claims for schedule and cost impact and provide feedback to financial and contract management staff.
    • Assists in budgeting process by assigning budgets and costs to tasks and develops cash flows utilizing budget and schedule data
    • Prepares schedule gantt chart reports, graphs and cost/schedule performance reports for project review meetings
    • Provide information as needed on the content, modifications, or presentation of project schedule
    • Consult the appropriate project team members and estimating procedures as a means of ensuring
    • Develops processes to monitor, expedite and assess contractors’ progress and various project deliverables
    • Prepares project schedule and progress narrative reports as requested by the Project Manager, complete with required metrics utilizing Primavera P6

    Qualifications Required:

    • University graduate plus a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar construction scheduling experience
    • Must have good understanding of multi-discipline engineering and construction projects
    • Must have solid understanding of core project control concepts (WBS, CPM based scheduling, Earned Value Progress Measurement), PMBOK/PMI principles
    • Strong knowledge of schedule systems, principles and practice required
    • Working knowledge of MS Office applications Primavera
    • Must be well organized and possess good written and verbal communication and presentation skills
    • Must possess the analytical skills to foresee potential problems and avoid them by preplanning

    • In-depth understanding of business administration, fiscal concepts, and human relations concepts and practices including legislation/regulations regarding safety, construction, employment, etc.; also understanding of municipal/community issues affecting urban transit projects/services
    • Sound judgement; superior planning, organizational and leadership skills; excellent negotiation and facilitation skills; highly developed analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, oral/written communication skills; computer skills in a wide range of software applications
    • Extensive direct related experience working at a senior management level on large transit projects or within an engineering organization involving design and construction of major rail lines and facilities

    Qualifications Required:

    • A successful track record in the delivery of major projects that are on time and on budget.
    • An entrepreneurial, team spirited individual with the ability to adjust and excel in a growing and constantly changing environment.
    • Exceptional customer relations, business development and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • Considerable experience in client management, proposal strategies and pipeline development.
